Repairers Lien Act – A BC Provincial Statute
Where you have a signed work order or possession of the subject vehicle, we will register a Repairers Lien against the subject vehicle pursuant to the Act – in case the vehicle has been surrendered to the debtor – within twenty-one days.
The necessary documents are prepared – A Warrant and a Notice of Seizure – the subject asset will be located and seized. Generally speaking the debtors usually pays when presented with our documentation.
